How do I download my Instant Download Print?

The prints are located under your profile picture in the PURCHASES and REVIEW category. From there you will be able to find the actually purchase with a button named DOWNLOAD FILE and that is where you can download the file.

Can my print SIZE be changed?

Yes, you must purchase the RESIZE listing with the print listing that you want a size change too:.. The RESIZE listing is located under the printing services.

REFUND on Invitations?

You may contact me within 24 hours of invitation purchase to cancel. Anything past 24 hours is NON REFUNDABLE due to the customization process beginning.

Refund after Proofs Sent?

Unfortunately I do not refund on PROOFS once sent the the customer for review.

When will my PROOF BE READY?

Invitations and/or signs will be send within 3 business days by 9:00PMEST (around 72 hours).
